1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of GOL Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GOL Technologies provides software development, AI solutions, staff augmentation, and related technology services. The specific terms for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All intellectual property created during a project is owned by the client upon full payment.
  • Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of GOL Technologies.
  • We may use general knowledge and skills gained during the project for future work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges.
  • Projects may be paused if invoices remain unpaid beyond 45 days.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOL Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.
